Business Areas
Mazna Holdings is a dynamic and forward-thinking investment company with a diversified portfolio spanning three major business areas: real estate in Sweden, renewable energy, and a premier property in Croatia. These areas collectively reflect the company's strategic focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term value creation. Here's an overview of each business area:
P&S Scandinavia
P&S Scandinavia, a subsidiary of Mazna, builds on Mazna's extensive expertise in the real estate industry. Focused on generating steady income from property investments, P&S has established itself as a prominent player in the local market. The company oversees a diverse portfolio of 40,000 m² of real estate in Denmark (Vejle) and Sweden (Oskarshamn and Västervik), primarily consisting of commercial properties with some residential assets. 3.500 m2 in Vejle, Denmark, expecting to triple it by the end of 2026.

During 2024 P&S has started investing in battery storage for providing ancillary services to the Swedish grid, to further our investments into renewable energy.
WS Croatia
Drawing from Mazna's strong foundation, we have supported the establishment of a renewable energy development company in Croatia in collaboration with Windspace and our long-term local partner. As a daughter company, it operates independently and is currently progressing with the development of over 1.5 GW of hybrid wind and solar energy projects.
P&S Scandinavia, Denmark
As a sudsidiary to P&S Scandinavia, we have established a daughter company in Denmark with 3.500m2 commercial property under its ownership with about 10.000m2 under development expected to be realized during 2026.
Mazna Croatia
Mazna has divested a portion of its real estate portfolio but continues to co-own two projects currently under development:

-
Lika: A 14-hectare site designed for camping, vacation homes, and leisure activities, located in the scenic region of Lika, near the renowned Plitvice National Park.
-
Oranice: A prime property in the Oranice area of Zagreb, with plans for the construction of 400 modern apartments.
